STAFF RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
Recruitment
In the selection of staff, extensive background checks are conducted and they are continually monitored. We are customer driven; our trained officers undergo comprehensive induction in all aspects of security and cleaning, incorporating the requirements of the S.I.R.A. and N.C.C.A. in most cases maximum operational standards.
Our staff is recruited by the completion of the comprehension test which is designed to determine the ability to read, write and communicate in either English or any preferred language.
KWEZI RISK SOLUTIONS and CLEANING SERVICES has installed a system of monthly and quarterly reports to monitor the progress of the project by the project manager in ensuring direct and continuous contact with our guards and cleaners.
Training
Training is provided both on and off site in respect of company dress code, self conduct, appearance, and all other business disciplines. All our security officers are registered with the S.I.R.A. and cleaners with N.C.C.A.
KWEZI RISK SOLUTIONS and CLEANING SERVICES is committed to the upliftment and social responsibility of our staff and we have therefore included an AIDS and HIV awareness programmes as part of an induction course offered in our training strategy. In addition to the above, special training will be given to all officers and cleaners. This said training is tailor-made to meet with your specific operational requirements.

Our prices are in line with the PRIVATE SECURITY INDUSTRY REGULATORY AUTHORITY per guard.
